Open Retail > Locations to manage the active business's shop, stockroom or warehouse locations. Add a location with a clear name, code and address. A business needs at least two active locations before it can create a stock transfer.
Create a transfer by choosing the source, destination and required items. A draft can be reviewed before dispatch. Dispatch records stock in transit; receipt confirms that the destination accepted it. Cancellation returns dispatched quantities to the source exactly once. Every transition stores the acting user, time and note so the movement can be audited.
Locations and transfers are isolated to the active business. Archive a location only after its stock and open transfers have been cleared.
