Seller orders are at /marketplace/seller/orders and fulfilment at /marketplace/seller/deliveries.
Delivery states include not started, preparing, ready for pickup, dispatched, out for delivery, delivered and cancelled. Record courier or rider, tracking reference, ETA, internal note and buyer-facing note. Meaningful changes can notify the buyer without duplicate emails. Cancelling does not automatically refund payment. Refund disputes require human support.
