Returns & Refunds

Effective 12 July 2026

Your cancellation rights

For eligible electronic transactions in Ghana, a consumer may cancel an order for goods within 14 days after receiving the goods, or a service agreement within 7 days after the agreement is concluded, without giving a reason and without a penalty. The buyer may be responsible only for the direct cost of returning eligible goods.

Exceptions

The statutory grace period may not apply to categories including personalised or made-to-order goods, perishable or non-returnable goods, unsealed software or recordings, newspapers and periodicals, certain everyday-consumption deliveries, auctions, financial services, and services started with the buyer's consent before the grace period ends. This summary does not limit any other applicable consumer right.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly if an item arrives faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or incorrect. Include the order number and reasonable evidence of the issue. Available remedies may include repair, replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

How to request a return

Contact alfy@teamalfy.com or 0557447933 before returning an item. State the order number, item and requested remedy. We will provide the return location or collection instructions. Where reasonably possible, return goods with their supplied accessories and packaging; this does not remove rights relating to faulty goods.

Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practicable. Where an order cannot be fulfilled because the goods or services are unavailable, the seller will notify the buyer and refund payment within 7 days after notification as required for applicable electronic transactions. Other refunds will be made within the applicable statutory period.

Exchanges and non-refundable charges

An exchange depends on availability. Delivery or return costs will be explained before the return is completed. No policy term excludes rights that Ghanaian law does not allow a seller to exclude.
