These Terms & Conditions apply when you buy products or services from Tuaneka Bag Edit. The seller is Tuaneka Bag Edit. By placing an order, you confirm that the order information is correct and that you have read these terms and the linked store policies.
Products, services and prices
We aim to describe products and services accurately. Images may appear slightly different on different screens. The price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and total payable are shown before payment. Obvious pricing or availability errors may be corrected before an order is accepted, with notice to the buyer.
Orders and payment

Availability and fulfilment

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Order confirmation, payment and fulfilment records may be delivered electronically. Keep your receipt and order number. Notices sent to the email or phone supplied during checkout are treated as order communications.
Complaints and disputes
Contact the contact details shown on this store with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will first try to resolve complaints directly and fairly. If the matter remains unresolved, either party may use an applicable regulator, court or agreed alternative dispute resolution process.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Policy changes apply from their stated effective date and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier completed order.
