Who controls your information
Ananseum is responsible for the customer information it controls for this store. Tuaneka separately processes information needed to operate the marketplace, accounts, checkout and platform security under its own privacy terms.
Information we collect
We may receive your name, contact details, delivery address, order details, customer messages, payment status and transaction references. We do not need or store your full card details; payment providers process payment credentials on their secure systems.
Why we use information
We use customer information to process and deliver orders, provide receipts and support, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting duties, improve store operations and send marketing only where permitted. We do not sell customer personal information.
Sharing
Information may be shared only as reasonably needed with Tuaneka, payment providers, delivery partners, suppliers fulfilling an order, professional advisers, technology providers and public authorities where legally required. These parties should receive only the information needed for their role.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for orders, support, legal, tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about personal information held about you and request an appropriate correction, objection, restriction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Marketing messages should include a way to opt out.
