Shipping & Delivery

Order processing

Orders are prepared after successful payment verification. The product page or checkout may provide a specific preparation or delivery estimate. If no different period is agreed, electronic orders will be handled within the timeframe required by Ghanaian law.

Delivery charges and locations

Available pickup or delivery options, destination restrictions and charges are shown before payment. Buyers must provide a complete and reachable address and telephone number. International supplier items may have longer delivery windows and additional carrier steps disclosed at checkout.

Tracking and updates

Where available, we will provide a courier name, tracking or reference number and status updates. Estimates are not guarantees where delays are caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses or events outside reasonable control, but material delays will be communicated.

Pickup

For store pickup, wait until the order is marked ready. Bring the order number and reasonable proof of identity. Uncollected orders remain subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy and any specific collection period disclosed with the order.

Failed or damaged delivery

If delivery fails because the address or contact details are incorrect, reasonable redelivery costs may apply. Report visible transit damage promptly and keep the item and packaging while the seller or courier reviews the claim.

Unavailable items
